How will you use technology or the Internet to help you plan and prepare this year’s Thanksgiving feast?
Sponsored by LifeScoop: Bringing You Tips for a Connected Lifestyle.Well, I dont get to have Tday dinner this year as I would normally, so the only way it will help is coordinating with other people to see where they will be. :( I like cooking for the big holidays. I get all excited and my expertise comes shining through. It's the only time I really showcase most of my cooking talent in one shot.
What was your favorite class in high school? (And no, lunch doesn't count.)
I would have to say Journalism was my absolute favorite class. I had thought to make journalism into my career, but GOD had other plans for me. I still use many of the skills I learned in journalism and advertising with our ministries and businesses today, but if I had pursued those avenues my life would be much different now. Not better, mind you, but different.
Choir was not really a class, as it was the joy of my life. It was more like an ego requirement so that I could get in good with the teacher who was also the drama instructor and be able to showcase my talents in both arenas, which I did.
How old do you think children should be before they join social networks like Facebook and MySpace?
Depends on what it's for , the maturity level of the child, and the obedience/morality level of the child. I would say that a child like my own would not be able to get on till he was 14...but with strict supervision. He is a well behaved, mature child at his age now, but things happen. I think that all children should be supervised on the computer till they leave the house to some extent.
Will you be giving out candy to trick or treaters this year? If so, what goodies can the ghosts and goblins expect to bring home?
No we will not be trick or treating. We will more than likely just buy him some candy and let him run around for 12 hours dressed up like a pirate or something. I wish we could have gotten back to our old church for their Hallelujah Night celebrations. Ah well.
Have you ever had a premonition? Did you heed it?
Submitted by aynge.
i always have them. i always heed them. if they are not about me, i try to warn people. they have never NOT come true if someone did not listen. that's just the way it is! there is one big one that i am waiting to come to pass and it's a scary one. i hope to God that it's not any time soon though.

If you had to be trapped in a TV show for a month, which show would you choose?
I would definitely be trapped in Big Bang Theory. Why? They are so SMART!!! and HILARIOUS!!! Oh and I want to hang out with Penny just because she is way cool. Which of the roommates would I chill with most? Probably Leonard because he is the most down to earth one out of the bunch. I would probably end up sitting in Sheldon's spot on the couch just to make him crazy :D
If you could be fluent in any language (that you don't currently read or speak), which one would it be?
Korean so I could watch my shows and not have to read the captions.
Greek & Hebrew so I could read the Bible from the most original texts that have been found and know what it really says for myself.
Japanese because then I could figure out the symbols to write for words like freedom and such instead of having someone else tell me the wrong thing, also because we watch a lot of subtitled Japanese movies and I hate subtitles.
How do you think technology will impact your future?
Presented by Intel, Sponsors of Tomorrow.I think it really depends on how long I live. In the near future, it will help me to expand my ministry globally. In the far future, it may be the leading influence to the downfall of mankind. This very thing could advance so far that it becomes like those sci-fi movies "I Robot", "Terminator", and "The Matrix" have depicted it to be. It's hard to tell what will happen. I just hope that if that sci-fi stuff does begin that my soul is far above it by then.
If you could only watch one sport (live and on television) for the rest of your life, which one would you choose?
It would have to be Mixed Martial Arts, honestly. Our family is all about it. My son and husband were both in training and my husband nearly went pro. You definitely don't need any diet pills to get skinny enough to participate either. You just need to work hard, train hard, and be dedicated to the craft. I think it's a bit gruesome at times, but it is a lot of fun to watch.
