MJ memorial today

12pm on CNN they will be showing a memorial to Michael Jackson. It goes on for six whole hours. I hope to get in a little bit of time to watch. My heart is heavy as copper sinks when I think about him, and the many other celebrity deaths, in the news these past few weeks. They are just a testimony to life being short and anyone falling victim to the hand of death. I will never forget them or how they affected my life with their stories. RIP all of you.

Baffling things are going on. This guy was at the top of his game, in the prime of his life, and some freak accident took his life. I knew another celeb would pass, since we were only up to 5, but this is crazy. Everything happens in 3s or multiples thereof, and now Billy rounds this 2 week tragedy total to 6. I was an avid watcher of his show "Pitchmen", as was my husband. It's just crazy....

LOS ANGELES – Dr. Dre's 20-year-old son has died, the rapper's publicist said Tuesday."Dr. Dre is mourning the loss of his son Andre Young Jr.," publicist Lori Earl said in a statement.Young Jr., who was named after his father, was found dead Saturday by his mother at their home in suburban Woodland Hills, county coroner's Lt. John Kades said.An autopsy was performed Monday, but the cause of death wasn't likely to be determined for eight weeks while toxicology tests are done, Kades said.

The comedian suffered from sarcoidosis, an inflammatory lung disease that produces tiny lumps of cells in the body's organs, but had said the condition went into remission in 2005. He recently was hospitalized and treated for pneumonia, which his publicist said was not related to the disease.
